MAKE YOUR BEAUTIFUL EYES POP

Wondering which eyeshadow will suite your eye color best?

Blue Eyes: Warm and coppery tones look best with baby blues, as they enhance the blue tones in the eyes and make the color really pop. Chocolate brown, camel, and khaki-colored shadows are also recommended for blue eyes. Shimmery peach shades can work as well. When choosing an eyeliner, use brown instead of black. The color of the black liner will look extremely harsh in contrast with the blue eyes, as opposed to the softer-looking brown.

Brown Eyes: If you're a brown-eyed girl, purple shadows are for you! Regardless of the shade you choose, this color will enhance the warm brown tones in your eyes. If you want to add a bit of shimmer or metallic color, opt for bronze or gold tones, which will help your eyes stand out in an attractive way.

Green Eyes: Plum and burgundy are the two best hues for enhancing the coloring in green eyes. Bronze, copper, and gold are also recommended if you're looking to add some shimmer. Avoid using blues and pinks, as well as white and silver shadows. Girls with green eyes should also opt for brown eyeliner over black, and rarely, if ever, wear a harsh smokey eye.

Hazel Eyes: For those with hazel eyes, choosing an eye shadow can be especially intimidating. Purples, blues, and golds are all good choices for this eye color. Be aware, though, that if you do choose to use blue eyeshadow, then stay away from blue-gray tones. Navy blue is a much better choice. Women with hazel eyes can get very creative with eyeliner. Although black is the most common choice, you can use other colors to accentuate different natural hues in your eyes. Wearing a deep purple eyeliner will make eyes appear more blue, while taupe or mahogany will bring out green tones.

Gray Eyes: Blue-gray shadow can look stunning with gray eyes. Try a shimmery silver tone for day, and a dark charcoal for evening. Brown shadow, as shown on Olivia Wilde above, is another great option for making gray eyes pop. Like those with blue eyes, gray-eyed women should steer clear of black eyeliner, as it is much too harsh in contrast with the delicate gray.
